Thank you, for purchasing a Sterling Acrylic with an extended warranty.

What this means for you:

Your acrylic is covered against all breakage and all other defects for a 60 day period from purchase.   The warranty then extends for an additional 10 months against material defects. Material defects include yellowing, crazing, UV transmission failure and any other failure other than breakage.

What you need to do to place a warranty claim:

1) For a breakage claim (in the first 60 days) you need to return all four corners from the acrylic. The corners must be cut with at least three inches on each side. Corners under 3” on each side will not be honored.

2) For a material defect claim (in a one year period) we may want to retrieve the whole acrylic (at our expense) Please call us at 913 262-7010.

What Sterling will do:

For breakage claim, we will immediately authenticate the four corners and send out your replacement within 24 hrs. You are responsible for the freight to your location, which must be paid prior to shipping.

For material defect claims, we will immediately send paperwork for you so you may return the defective acrylic. Upon receiving and evaluating and authenticating the return, we will immediately replace the acrylic. You are responsible for the freight on the replacement acrylic, which must be paid prior to shipping.

The warranty period is a 365 period from date of purchase.

If a claim is placed more than once on an acrylic in a one year period, Sterling reserves the right to refund the purchase price of the acrylic at a prorated market rate.
